Rabbi Trends – Exchange & Return Policy
Please Note: All sales are final. We do not offer any cash refunds.

You may request an exchange within 3 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original condition, with uncut tags and original Rabbi Trends packaging.

Important Exchange Terms:
If a price has been reduced during a sales promotion, exchanges will only be processed at the discounted price.

Products that are used, worn, washed, or misused are not eligible for exchange.

Claims for damaged items must be made within 3 days of purchase. For online orders, report damages within 3 days of delivery.

If the claim is accepted, a coupon of equal value will be issued. This coupon can only be used for online purchases.

Claims and exchanges may take 1–2 weeks to process.

Fragrances and accessories, including jewelry, undergarments, bags, sunglasses, and belts, cannot be exchanged.

Our courier partner will collect the item from your doorstep and deliver the replacement.
Service Charge: Rs. 220/-
